Fleeton ELD provides software solutions for:

• Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance
• Driver Hours of Service (HOS) tracking
• Fleet and vehicle monitoring
• Compliance reporting and analytics

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fleeton ELD. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• All activities conducted under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with or disrupt Service operations
• Share login credentials without authorization

5. Compliance Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

Fleeton ELD is a compliance assistance tool.

While Fleeton ELD is designed to support FMCSA ELD requirements, final responsibility for compliance remains with the motor carrier and driver.

Fleeton ELD is not responsible for fines, penalties, or enforcement actions imposed by regulatory authorities.

6. Service Availability

Fleeton ELD aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleeton ELD shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business or profits
• Regulatory penalties or enforcement actions
• Data loss beyond reasonable control

8. Termination

Fleeton ELD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
• Required by law or regulation

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Fleeton ELD belong to the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

Fleeton ELD may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
